TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation -
Trainees must be over 18 years of age.  On booking, participants will be asked to complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q).  Please ensure that the details provided by you are correct and complete.
All services purchased from Gavin Davies and No Free Lunch Fitness must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a PAR-Q form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. Furthermore, all applicants release Gavin Davies of all liability regarding any injury to self, any loss or damage to personal property.

X8 Classes Per Month Block Purchases 
Group classes, 1:1 and 1:2 classes are most cost effective when purchased in blocks of eight.  Blocks must be paid for upfront and your X8 classes per month starts from the first class you attend.  Please start your training within two months of purchase.  A one week grace period is offered to all one month block bookings, giving you five weeks to complete your eight classes.  Unused classes cannot be claimed after this period.
To see the most gains, you are encouraged to use your eight classes over a four week period.

Single Class Purchases -
 
Group classes, 1:1 and 1:2 classes must be booked in advance.  Bookings can be paid for upfront or on the day.  Please honour the cancellation policy below.

Refunds + Cancellation Policy -
24 hours notice is required for cancellations of all bookings, single or block purchases.  This enables me to open the space to others. Missed classes without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended and credit will be forfeited.
Medical extensions may be granted at the discretion of No Free Lunch Fitness.
If you change your mind before starting a block booking, you will be eligible for a refund.

I am a solo, independent business and each class booking, whether for group or personal training is important to me.  
For the best results I encourage consistent participation.

Late-Comer Policy - 

To limit disruption and for the safety and benefit of all participants, please arrive to class on time and ready to start training.  No Free Lunch Fitness reserves the right to refuse entry to late-comers.  Time slots are as booked and I cannot extend timings to accommodate late-comers.

COVID-19 Policy - 
For everyone's safety, please do not attend classes if feeling unwell or testing positive for COVID-19.  Please contact me if you have class bookings and test positive so I can freeze your class participation for 14 days whilst you self isolate and recover.

Your Privacy -
 
No Free Lunch Fitness respects your privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. All personal information you share with me is maintained in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. 

Legal Obligation of Information Release -
No Free Lunch Fitness will release any information that is required to be released by law or court order. In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary that we disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable to protect No Free Lunch Fitness' interests. I will seek to ensure that any proposed disclosure is required in the circumstances and then ensure that we disclose only the information that is required. 

Social Media and Image Policy - 
No Free Lunch Fitness respects you and will not share images of you on social media or the website if you request not to be in them.
