No Free Lunch Fitness  is founded by myself Gavin Davies.  I offer detailed, no-nonsense personal training focused on strength and conditioning for people of all abilities.

Personal training sessions are designed to be varied but structured, executed with intent, using various methods and tools to aid your progression.  Whether you’re new to strength and conditioning, wanting to refine your form or working towards a goal, training will elevate confidence, general health and longevity, bolstering both physical capacity and mental clarity.

Learning to move well by combining effort, consistency and accuracy is beneficial to the individual but also ensures they are an asset to those near and dear.
